We’re looking for a motivated Fleet Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and driver management while optimizing fleet performance and supporting company growth. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily fleet operations to ensure safety and efficiency. - Develop and manage maintenance schedules to reduce downtime. - Track vehicle usage, fuel, and costs to improve performance. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. - Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance. - Manage vehicle acquisitions/disposals as needed. - Lead, train, and support staff, fostering a safety-focused culture. Qualifications: - 1+ year of experience as Fleet Manager. - Fluent English is a must - Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and industry regulations. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficiency with fleet software and MS Office. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - CDL A license is a plus. Schedule: Mon–Fri, with nighttime support from Roadside Assistant + weekend support twice a month.
