Security deposit of one months rent ($750) is required. All utilities are included, including wi-fi but the wi-fi can be spotty - it is not always reliable for streaming, and probably not sufficient for work from home. Wifi can be added to the floor if you are willing to cover it yourself or can work out a deal with your roommates. There is no A/C in the room but many windows.
