Leading transportation company is looking to appoint a CMV Driver Recruiter to assist with the recruitment activities within the company. What You'll Do On a Typical Day - Sourcing and interviewing applicants for truck driver position. - Respond to leads from different sources. - Processing paperwork, completing reports and tracking data. - Provide future drivers with detailed information about position openings, growth opportunities, company operation systems, onboarding process, etc. - Coordinate agenda for the orientation program, including communicating with all company departments to facilitate a smooth onboarding process. - Drafting and posting job descriptions. Requirements - Self-motivated and fluent in English. - Some knowledge about transportation. - In office position only, M-F, 8AM - 5PM. Generous and competitive compensation. (708)307-8993
