Safety assistant

We are looking for a responsible safety assistant to join our team! Qualifications: - At least one year of experience in a safety field - Knowledge of DOT / FMCSA regulations - Knowledge of IRP, Clearinghouse, UCR, IPass, Fuel Accounts, PrePass, ELD, IFTA, Hwy use tax, Drug test program - Ability to work with people - Ability to multitask and pay attention to details - Multi-language is a plus Responsibilities: - Handle accidents, claims, and DataQ - Handle insurance renewals and audits - Provide orientation to drivers - Review of contracts: orientation, lease agreements, lease-purchase agreements, subcontractor agreement - Process DOT audit We offer: - High competitive salary - Paid holidays - Paid vacation after one year Schedule: - Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM - Office, shop, and parking in the same location.
